1. App Description / 应用说明

BottleMe（中文名：寄给海）是一款匿名漂流瓶社交应用。用户可以发布文字瓶子、接收来自其他用户的瓶子、进行匿名回复、查看回声消息，并使用 AI 辅助润色表达、生成回复建议、识别内容主题与情绪，以帮助用户更自然地表达和交流。

BottleMe is an anonymous drift bottle social app. Users can post text bottles, receive bottles from other users, reply anonymously, view echoes, and use AI-assisted features such as text polishing, reply suggestions, topic and emotion detection to help users express themselves more naturally.

本应用强调匿名社交体验。除非用户主动提供，否则本应用不会要求用户公开真实姓名、手机号、邮箱、身份证件信息等个人身份信息。

BottleMe is designed around anonymous social interaction. Unless users voluntarily provide such information, the app does not require users to publicly disclose real names, phone numbers, email addresses, identity documents, or similar personal identity information.

2. Information We Collect and Use / 信息收集与使用

  User-generated content, such as bottle text, replies, chat messages, mood tags, topic tags, saved items, reports, blocks, and related activity records.
• 应用使用数据：例如页面访问、功能点击、会话信息、崩溃日志、性能数据等。
  App usage data, such as screen views, feature interactions, session information, crash logs, and performance data.
• 设备与技术信息：例如设备型号、系统版本、语言设置、应用版本、网络状态、IP 地址、请求时间等。
  Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, language settings, app version, network status, IP address, request time, and similar technical data.
• 推送通知信息：例如用于发送通知的设备推送令牌。

3. Anonymous Social Features and User Content / 匿名社交与用户内容

BottleMe 默认以匿名方式展示用户内容。其他用户通常无法看到您的真实身份信息。

BottleMe displays user content anonymously by default. Other users generally cannot see your real identity information.

但请注意，匿名并不意味着内容完全不可追溯。为了保障社区安全、处理举报、防止骚扰、欺诈、垃圾信息或其他违规行为，本应用可能会在服务器端保存与内容相关的账号标识、时间、状态、举报记录及必要的技术信息。

However, anonymity does not mean content is completely untraceable. To protect community safety, handle reports, and prevent harassment, fraud, spam, or other violations, BottleMe may store account identifiers, timestamps, status records, report records, and necessary technical information related to user content on our servers.

请不要在瓶子、回复或聊天内容中主动发布敏感个人信息，例如真实姓名、住址、手机号、邮箱、身份证件信息、银行卡信息、精确位置、密码或其他隐私信息。

Please do not voluntarily post sensitive personal information in bottles, replies, or chats, such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, identity document information, bank card information, precise location, passwords, or other private information.

4. AI Features and Data Processing / AI 功能与数据处理

本应用可能提供 AI 辅助功能，包括但不限于：

BottleMe may provide AI-assisted features, including but not limited to:

• 润色用户输入的瓶子内容。
  Polishing bottle text entered by users.
• 生成匿名回复或破冰建议。
  Generating anonymous replies or icebreaker suggestions.
• 识别内容的情绪、主题和风险类型。
  Detecting the emotion, topic, and risk category of content.
• 辅助进行内容安全审核和推荐匹配。
  Assisting with content safety review and recommendation matching.

当用户使用 AI 功能时，用户输入的文本、相关上下文、标签或必要的技术信息可能会被发送至本应用的服务器及第三方 AI 服务提供方进行处理。AI 生成结果可能不完全准确，用户应自行判断是否采用。

When users use AI features, the text they enter, related context, tags, or necessary technical information may be sent to BottleMe servers and third-party AI service providers for processing. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete, and users should decide whether to use them.

本应用不会故意要求用户向 AI 功能提交敏感个人信息。请避免在使用 AI 功能时输入不必要的个人隐私或敏感信息。

BottleMe does not intentionally require users to submit sensitive personal information to AI features. Please avoid entering unnecessary private or sensitive information when using AI features.

5. Local Data / 本地数据

本应用可能会在用户设备本地保存部分数据，例如登录状态、草稿、偏好设置、缓存内容、最近使用记录等，用于提升加载速度和使用体验。用户可以通过系统设置清除应用数据，清除后部分功能可能需要重新登录或重新加载。

BottleMe may store certain data locally on the user's device, such as sign-in status, drafts, preferences, cached content, and recent usage records, to improve loading speed and user experience. Users can clear app data through system settings. After clearing data, some features may require signing in again or reloading content.

6. Permissions / 权限使用

本应用可能根据功能需要申请以下权限：

BottleMe may request the following permissions depending on app functionality:

• 网络访问权限（INTERNET）：用于登录、同步数据、发送和接收瓶子、使用 AI 功能、获取远程配置和推送通知等。
  Internet access permission: used for sign-in, data synchronization, sending and receiving bottles, AI features, remote configuration, and push notifications.

  Notification permission: used to notify users about replies, echoes, system reminders, or safety-related notices.

首版应用不需要访问通讯录、短信、电话、相机、麦克风或精确定位权限。如未来新增图片、语音、定位或其他功能，应用将在使用前请求相应权限，并更新本隐私政策。

The initial version of BottleMe does not require access to contacts, SMS, phone calls, camera, microphone, or precise location. If image, voice, location, or other features are added in the future, the app will request the relevant permissions before use and update this Privacy Policy as needed.

To maintain a safe and friendly anonymous social environment, BottleMe may use automated systems, AI-assisted moderation, or human review to process user-generated content. For content suspected of harassment, hate, sexual content, violence, fraud, spam, risks involving minors, or other violations, BottleMe may limit visibility, remove content, suspend features, ban accounts, or take other necessary actions.

用户可以在应用内对不当内容或用户进行举报、屏蔽或取消互动。我们会根据举报内容、系统记录及社区规则进行处理。

Users can report, block, or stop interacting with inappropriate content or users within the app. We will handle such cases based on report details, system records, and community rules.

10. Data Retention and Deletion / 数据保存与删除

本应用会在实现本隐私政策所述目的所需的期间内保存数据。例如，瓶子、回复、聊天记录、举报记录和安全日志可能会被保存一段时间，用于提供服务、处理纠纷、维护安全和遵守法律要求。

BottleMe retains data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For example, bottles, replies, chat records, report records, and safety logs may be retained for a period of time to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain safety, and comply with legal requirements.

用户可以通过应用内功能删除部分内容，或联系我们请求删除账号及相关数据。由于备份、安全日志、法律合规或技术限制，部分数据可能不会立即从所有系统中删除，但我们会在合理期限内处理。

Users may delete certain content through in-app features or contact us to request deletion of their account and related data. Due to backups, safety logs, legal compliance, or technical limitations, some data may not be removed from all systems immediately, but we will process deletion requests within a reasonable period.

BottleMe 不面向 13 岁以下儿童提供服务。如果您未满 13 周岁，或未达到您所在国家或地区法律规定的最低使用年龄，请勿使用本应用。若当地法律要求更高的最低年龄限制，则以当地法律规定为准。

BottleMe is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, or below the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region, please do not use this app. If local law requires a higher minimum age, the local legal requirement will apply.

BottleMe is an anonymous social and AI-assisted expression app. User content in the app is posted by users and does not represent the views of BottleMe. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and is provided for reference only. Users should use their own judgment and are responsible for their posts and interactions.
