This Privacy Policy applies to the FixPhoto application. FixPhoto helps you find and clean up similar photos and videos on your device.
We respect your privacy and aim to process your photos and videos locally on your device whenever possible.

Photo and video scanning, similarity analysis, and cleanup operations are performed locally on your device. FixPhoto does not upload your photos, videos, or their contents to the developer's servers. Some media indexes and hash information may be stored locally to improve future scan performance.

FixPhoto does not request location, contacts, microphone, or camera permissions for its core features. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings, although some scanning and cleanup features may no longer work.

Advertising services do not receive the photos or videos scanned by FixPhoto. Whether ads are personalized may depend on your location, privacy choices, and device settings.
In regions where user consent is required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a privacy consent form. You can open Ad Privacy Options in the app's Settings page to modify or withdraw your previous advertising privacy choices.
The app integrates Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage, feature usage, and app stability, and to help us improve the product. These services may process device information, app interaction information, and diagnostic information.
Firebase Analytics and Google Mobile Ads are provided by Google. Their data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the use of personal information for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state laws.
FixPhoto does not sell your photos or videos. However, advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and advertising interaction information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners to provide and measure advertisements.
Where applicable, you can exercise these rights by opening Ad Privacy Options from the app's Settings page and selecting Don't sell or share my data. You may revisit this option later to change your privacy preference.
The app may contain links to Google Play, privacy policies, user agreements, or other third-party websites. When you open these links, information processing is governed by the relevant third party's privacy policy.
FixPhoto does not store your photos, videos, or personal profile information on the developer's servers. Local scan indexes are stored on your device. These local data are generally removed when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data.
FixPhoto does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect names, phone numbers, government identification numbers, or similar identity information. If you believe that a child has provided information to the app improperly, please contact us using the information below.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's features, advertising services, or data processing practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
